Itp 2?

I am (very seriously) considering buying Inside The Park. However, I noticed it has been more than a year since it was released. Is there any ETA or at least a vague guess as to when a sequel would be released?

If it is soon (a month or two) I would probably wait to purchase a new version.

I wouldn't expect a new version until SI/OOTP7 is finished, if even then.

Yeah, there won't been another version of ITP until sometime after OOTP7 gets released. And that's not guaranteed, either.

I may have missed the post but has the patch/enhancement to ITP 1 been shelved? Thought it was going to come out some time after the OOTP6 patch. That would be a disappointment.

There was a minor patch this fall, 1.03, but as of now it looks to be shelved.

Well that is sad... it is such an engrossing and downright unique gaming experience, too.

On the other hand, so was Transport Tycoon, and I waited patiently for 10 years for the sequel for that.

Speed is nice, but it is more important that a sequel, if created, should be done well rather than soon...

I know Markus wants to make ITP2 but being the one man development team he is it'll have to wait until after OOTP: FE hits the streets next fall.
