increasing talent points
When I read books or "talk baseball" at the bar; I see my talent points increase. However, when I buy new equipment (i.e. bats, shoes, etc.), I don't see my points increase.
Am I missing something here? If equipment doesn't increase talent, what's the point of buying it? Can someone explain this to me? |

Think of your current talent points as a measure of how much of your potential you've reached. Think of equipment points as adjustments to your current talent numbers.
That's why you'll hear us say somtimes that we have a guy who's an 88 CON when his max is 70 (70+18 in equipment=88). |

equipment points
I think I understand..........so would it be correct to say that equipment can allow your player to exceed his maximium potential? If so, where can I find my actual (equipment + current points) level of talent?
