Season Two, eh maybe?

Inbetween training for the ididirod and scraping copius amounts of ice off my car ITP has been a pleasant warm weather diversion. But, and there is always a but, I can't seem to get to my second season. I will play the game have a blast in year one and the game freezes solid when I press the "advance to next year" button. Was wondering if anyone else experienced this problem.

Please excuse my horrible spelling but my hands are frozen, thanks.
