Pitcher receiving 2 Save Opportunities in one game

If a pitcher enters the game in normal innings in a save situation and then blows the save but remains pitching for more than three innings and is the finishing pitcher in extra innings, he gets given 2 Save Opportunities.

One is received for blowing the save in normal innings, and another is awarded for finishing the game and pitching more than 3 innings.
