What are the standard sizes for all in-game uniform/logo/hat graphics?

I don't think it matters, since the game resizes them anyways.
That being said... Logo = 150 x 150 Jersey = 512 x 512 (using deft's templates) Hat = 512 x 512 (using deft's template) "Jersey Logo" = unnecessary if you just make a jersey.

Wouldn't a 150x150 logo turn to crap at 512x512, or no?

Yes, it would. The main team logo will be resized to 150x150, so err on the large side.

Oh..., for a minute there I thought this was a Smokey the Logo Bear thread.
 I use 155 X 155 for everything and resize within that boundary to make cap logos, team logos, and uniforms. It's easier for me that way because I don't have to worry about the canvas size. btw I will be updating my photobucket with requests sometime tonight for those who have requested them..
