This has already shown up in a previous thread, but the Grand Prairie AirHogs are a new team for 2008 in the independant American Association.

Also, the Calgary Vipers and Edmonton Cracker-Cats are now part the of the independant Golden League after a (still) messy divorce from the Northern League. So the Northern League is now down to just 6 teams.

I can't recall which website it was, but I'm pretty sure it was either Ballpark Digest or UniWatch that provided a link to it a couple of weeks back. I saved a copy of it so I can send you a copy via email if you'd like. I'm not able to post it otherwise, due to its size.

I saw this yesterday, too. I know a lot of people don't like the powder blues, but I think it's kind of neat to see them back.

Reds...I found some info on the season tickets.

I'm not much of a fan of the powder blues myself, although they seem to work for the Phillies. I guess it's the indelible image I have of Schmidt and McGraw during the Phillies' glory days. At least Reading didn't go with zippers or double-knit pullovers. Those make me shudder!

And thank you for the link on the season ticket info!

I happen to miss the powder blue uniforms that KC used to wear.

Brett, Sabes, Bo, White, Wilson, Hal, Quiz..... Ahhhh the memories.

I liked them, too. The Royals are going to have a powder blue alternate this year, but it's going to be worn at home with white pants.
