Can Anyone Make Me a "USBA" Logo?

I know this great community can help me out. I'm looking for a nice logo for my new fictional league I'm creating. It is the USBA (The United States Baseball Alliance). I think I would like for it to be done entirely in red, white and blue. I would love to see what you all could do for me.

Also, the two leagues are named "Eastern Alliance" and "Western Alliance" in case you'd like to try making those logos too.
