Citi Field?

I'm trying to find a usable Citi Field photo for the game. I've seen the Mets Website shots, but their no good. Any ideas?

The first one is just design plans and the last two are Shea Stadium, not Citi Field. It doesn't seem like there are any usable OOTP pictures at the moment, will probably have to wait until the season starts.

Not completely true, this is Citi Field as of a couple of days ago. Obviously, it's not done yet and there will be better pics once it is completed. But this is current

Yeah.. I didnt expect to get an actual picture of a ballpark before it was completed.. The 2nd link I posted was labeled as "CitiField Rendering" So I took it as a mock up of what it would look like.. I see that's not the case..

I found another one though..

It's neat to see shots of the new ballpark, but I can't help but think how it looks like pretty much every one of those retro-style ballparks that have now become the norm. It just amazes me that with all of the conveniences of modern architecture, 28 out of 30 stadiums are all going to be practically the same style in a couple of years.

Amazes me, too. I know many of those old ballparks had to go (Comisky, Tiger, etc.) but it was great how you knew them instantly. Looks like we're back to homogenized ballparks, but I still prefer these over the Three Rivers, River Front and Fulton County models.

No doubts these are better ballparks and that they provide a good game experience. It's just a shame to think that uniqueness is being pushed aside in all the newer ballparks for the tried and true look of 90 percent of the ballparks built in the last ten years.

They're at least more 'unique' than the cookie cutter coliseum's that were common-ish for a while.

Really, though, which new parks are immediately recognizable? There's usually at least a feature, or the backdrop that makes them all quite recognizable imo.

I actually love using the video game stadiums but can't seem to find any recent ones so i use MVP 2005 stadiums. If anyone else knows where there others like that please let me know. I like the whole Day/night affect. In regards to citi field here is a pic i found. . Don't know if it will work but I dont know how to post pics on the forum.

Off the top of my head, Fenway, yankee Stadium, Wrigley Field, Tropicana, the one that florida plays in, chavez ravine, skydome and the old Big O were distinctive enough to reconzie that you were playing there. Camdem Yards also but that's fading with all the retros coming into play.
