American historical name files.
I've converted my name files used in past versions to the new syntax used by OOTP2006.
These files give you first and last names that are historically accurate for American names. I've used these files for years with the Pro Circuit and wanted them in the new game. I've tested them and they are found to work. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Find the names.txt and first_names.txt files in your data/database folder. 2. Rename them to something else. (ex. SInames.txt and SIfirst_names.txt) 3. Copy my files to said folder. Proceed with your historical league. ONE NOTE: To generate current American names, you'll have to reverse the names of the two pairs of files so that you will use SI's stock name files. Updated nicknames to come. Enjoy. |

Go through each number from 1-9, replacing it with 'nothing' This will basically delete each digit. Once you get it down to just the name with a comma after it, replace (,) with (,1,0) or whatever you're putting behind them.
