If some of these cities are Toronto suburbs, what do I do with the old Toronto population? Do I leave it the same or "shrink" it a bit. If I shrink it to what # do I shrink it to??
I am doing a Canadian-Alaska League and noticed a LOT of players from Toronto alone.

Determine which are suburbs of Toronto. Total their population. Subtract that total from Toronto.

Toronto is just huge compared to the rest of Canada.

last time I was in Toronto (roughly 2003 or so), the sign when entering it said 2.5 million. This includes the suburbs of Etobicoke, York, North York, Scarborough, and Toronto proper.

Guys, I'm not up on how to edit the cities list but I want to put in the missing cities that treedom has mentioned. How do I go about doing that in OOTP 2007? Thanks.
