Adding cities

Is it possible to add cities to your nation after you begin a game? I wanted to change the name of a city but when I did, I could not see how to upload the cities file and therefore, the game kept the "old name" and never recognized the change in the database...

Am I missing something or do you need all your cities set before playing?

dont think so unfortunately, which is a bit disappointing since you can reimport the injury and name db after youve started. you need to get things squared away before you start the game. an interesting little tidbit i discovered when i was trying to fix all the "unknown" cities from the lahman import was that there are some alternate spellings or slightly different variations in the cities.txt file (like McMinnville OR is actually Macminnville; Neptune NJ is Neptune City NJ, etc). occasionally, foreign characters wont import for me either, so i have to retype the city with the accent over whatever letter to make it work. that at least eliminated a handful of unknowns from the original import.
