Are you logged in as Administrator?
Did you install the game as Administrator? Are you running the game by right clicking and choosing "Run As Administrator"?

I am the admin on the machine... I have tried running as admin and xp mode
I am going to try a reinstall. Now I had to use the offline license tool to get it installed. I don't know if that is an issue. |

Ok... I just used logmein.com and connected to my home PC which is running Vista Ultimate and installed and with pulling license from the internet and it is running fine on there. It might be an issue with the offline license maybe. I will try it again when my laptop has internet access.
