Facegen Not Initializing?

Hi, I have loaded up the game, works fine, except when I go into the team options scren to select logo, cap, jersey etc., it won't let it says Facegen has been disable, on the league setup screen I set Facegen to be on for all major league players, yet in the Player and Picture Options, it says Facegen is not Initalized. Facegen has been set to on the OOTP Preferences.

Can you set it to one of the two Troubleshooting modes in OOTP Preferences and see if that helps?

Just tried both Troubleshooting modes, neither has helped. Player & Picture Options still says Facegen not iniltialized.

Did you restart the game both times after choosing the different Facegen option?
