My license number can't be retrieved...

I pre-ordered the game back on April 3rd. I saved the confirmation screen and after trying to use it to "Install License" the following message pops up...

" Unable to get or install a license
Retrieval of license failed with error code = 999. "

What's the problem?

PC, my laptop. Has Vista, 64-bit, Service Pack 1.

What's that error code mean? I have my anti-virus software (Kaspersky Internet Security 2009) running and was wondering if that's what it is.

Try turning off your firewall and try again. If you need help on how to do that, let us know.

No need to. I used the off-line feature to get my license and it worked.

When you go to install your license, there is a tab underneath that says something like "Get License Off-Line". That's where I went. You may need your license number to get there though.
