Deleted League Causing Game to Crash

I set up my universe and accidentally added another major league that I immediately deleted. I carried out my initial draft with my template and proceeded to January third. Then, a draft screen for the deleted league came up and caused my game to crash when I tried to advance past it. There were no teams or players shown on the draft screen.

How did you get to that stage, as I can add a league and delete it and not get it to crash. Did you add the league during game setup or after clicking Start Game

I believe it was after I started the game when I was looking for the feeder leagues. The game didnt crash till the 3rd of Jan which was strange.
