missing manager ratings

Just tired the 2009 quickstart and took over the tigers. Jim Leyland has no "teach pitching" rating. See this with quite a few otehr managers as well with other ratings. This can't have been intentional, could it? Some managers have no ratings at all for handle rookies, vets, players etc.

I saw that too, and I'm thinking it may have been intentional.

Yes, I believe that this was intentional. Coaches don't appear to be rated in areas in which they have no particular expertise.
