Every player has 1/2 star rating

I started a game yesterday and played through a half season. When I started the game up today, my scout had every player in my organization rated at 1/2 star.

What is this?

I'm currently at work. If it's the same thing when i get home, i'll definitely do that.

Try disabling scouting, then enable it again. That'll take care of it. No idea what it caused though.

I'm wondering if you set the scouting sliders in the scouting menu. It doesn't let you do that before an initial draft or players are scouted for the draft (or initially) which is why I am wondering if that isn't why the scouting recomendation button is soooooo flawed. It had me picking 2 star/2-3 star potential people in the 5th round of an initial fictional league draft.

Scouting level was set to average which is what my assigned scout was. I finally had to turn scouting off because it was so off compared to the other scout (OSA). They were almost always 3-7 rating points off each rating.

Hey Markus, I had the same issue as the original poster when I chose the fill minors with fictional players option. It made a bunch of guys with no stars. I followed your advice and now NONE of my players have stars. Any ideas?

Go to:
Game Setup/AI Options

Select
"Apply Changes Now" under AI Player Evaluation Options"
