Change Player Atts. Scale

I see the scale for every players Power, Gap, Contact, Stuff, Movement, etc isn't on a 1-100 scale. How can I change it so that it is? Thanks.

No problem. Go to Game -> Game Setup -> Global Setup and change the Player Actual Ratings Scale to 1-100. Does that do the trick for you?
