Freezes during "OSA Scouting Players" load...

Got an HP Pavilion dv2700
4GB of RAM and a 64-bit operating system
Vista w/ Service Pack 1 is running

I just finished my first 2009 MLB rosters league and as I'm in the middle of signing free agents and simmed 12-31-2009, I get a "OSA Scouting Players" popup load which always gets stuck on 82% and nothing happens. It's been stuck there for 10+ minutes now.

What can be done?

This screen can take a while but 10 minutes is far too long. Try restarting your computer and reopeneing the program. Also, did you make any changes to the default MLB league?

Thanks for your post, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The first few weeks after the release are always pretty busy around here!

Can you please try this?

1. Load up your league.

2. Go to Game > Game Setup > League Setup

3. From the Functions menu, select "Run OSA & Human Teams Rescout."

Does that complete successfully? If you do that, can you then sim to the next day successfully?

If this fails, we may need you to FTP us your league files according to the instructions posted here.
