Updated to new patch and imported OOTP9 league. In the player profile / scouting reports screen, all past reports stuff ratings are 1. I checked all pitchers on my ML team and they are all the same. Here is an example.

That's not good. Are you playing with scouting on? Does this problem only crop up for scouting reports made pre-patch? What if you get new scouting reports now?

Yes, scouting was left on through the import of the OOTP9 league. I did not change any scout settings post-import. I'm pretty sure it is only for scouting reports done pre-import. I only imported after I installed the patch. I had tried an import with 10 before the patch and the previous scouting reports came through normal. I will try requesting a new scouting report and see what happens.

I just requested a new scouting report on Dommett and then simmed a day. A new report was generated but the 5-23-2014 scouting report was not dropped to previous reports.

Yeah, you may not see reports saved at that interval. I think that it just keeps some of the automatically generated ones.

Hey Steve. Actually there was an auto scouting report that was done on June 1st and the previous scouting report was not dropped down. I then scouted Dommett two more times: June 7 and June 9. Neither time dropped the previous scouting report to the previous scouting report list.

Right, the game only saves scouting reports at certain intervals. That is intended behavior. It appears that your new scouting reports are functioning properly, so I will close this out. If you continue to have trouble with this issue, please let us know. Thanks.
