Game crashes when trying to view free agents

I always have the game crash when trying to view free agents. I have had a few other occasions when it has crashed as well like when starting a new complex ficitional league. The crashes occurred before the patches as well as after each of the two patches. Should I uninstall, then reinstall the game? Any other ideas?

Which platform are you on?
I would try an complete uninstall/install.
Complete as in getting rid of everything OOTP10.
(there are a few files floating round in the application data folders as well if you know your way round a PC).
(this won't affect your licence by the way)

Whilst patches are great at what they do, they sometimes don't paint
over all the cracks (if you know what I mean).

I do have a PC with Vista. I wouldn't have any idea where/how to find all the hidden files.
