10 Days and Counting to get license???

Hey everyone, I am on a MAC so I had to purchase the game using PISD. I ordered the game on Saturday June 20th and it said it takes 3-5 business days and I finally got an email on Wednesday the 24th and it said my money has been received by OOTP and it should take another 3-5 days for them to contact me with my game # so I can play. I still am yet to receive my game?

Is this common because I am beyond FRUSTRATED and for someone who has been playing OOTP for many years, I am ready to just walk away!

Sorry for the hassle. The emails you mention are PayPal's purchase confirmation emails. We will improve the purchase process to make thinks easier and more intuitive ASAP.

What you need to do is just visit our Mac web store at https://www.pisd.co.uk/peds/ootpdev/login.html and log in. All your licenses are there in your user account.
