Pitcher simulteanously on the mound and at 3rd...

Hi!

I have OOTP 10.2.16 and I just started a new league.

I'm in spring training and I replaced my starting pitcher for a pinch hitter. When the at-bat was over, I needed to select a new pitcher. Wanting to keep the pinch hitter that I just inserted in the game, I dragged the new pitcher over the lineup, searching for the second baseman. I don't know how I did it, but I dropped the pitcher somewhere on the screen and unfortunately for me, the new pitcher got over my pinch hitter and to my surprise, over the first batter in the lineup. So my pitcher was now playing at 3B and on the mound...

I can't give you much more detail, since I don't really know what happened. But I will try to reproduce this behavior next time I replace a pinch hitter.
