Frederick vs. Delmarva

It appears that the minor-league player AI is confused about the rankings of Frederick (High-A) and Delmarva (A). I now know how it works, but it is a minor bug.

Wikipedia has it right.

The source of the problem is that OOTP, unfortunately, does not distinguish between the A-Advanced (i.e. "High A") and A (i.e. "Low A") levels. It likewise does not distinguish between Rookie Advanced and Rookie.

As far as OOTP is concerned, there are only five levels of minor league classification:
  • AAA
  • AA
  • A
  • A-Short Season
  • Rookie
From what I understand, this is hard-coded and not likely to be changed anytime soon as it would be difficult to do.
