HELP! Game crashes when accessing roster.

Please help! I start up my game and it gets to the main manager menu. When I click on "view roster" in the list of links to the left, the game crashes every time. It also crashes when I click on "Propose a trade" and the upper menu bar for setting lineups and depth charts. That is all I have tried to check so far. Please help!!!

I had this sort of problem with my MLB Quickstart game, which I started after patch 1 and tried to continue after Patch 3. It would crash in the situations you describe. After no one could apparently figure it out and they thought it was an isolated problem (apparently it's not) I started a fictional league with a small number of minor leagues (just 1, to be exact) and that is working fine. The game saves much faster too. I doubt this will satisfy you (it wouldn't have satisfied me, until I tried it), but my problem with the quickstart seemed unresolvable.

1. Which OS do you use?
2. Does this happen only for one saved game, or for any you create?
3. Tell me a bit about the saved game - what kind of game is it?
