Crash Bug

This is a online league first of all. I got this same crash bug as the thread below but i have no clue how to fix it. Any idea's to where i can begin to look? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Game crashes at start of spring training

I fixed it. They arent going to be happy but running ask AI for complete organization for every team fixed it.
