Didn't Receive License (Mac)

I have a Mac so I had to purchase the game through PISD and PayPal. I got the receipt from PayPal after I purchased the game, but I have still not gotten a license. I did it about 5 hours ago, give or take.

I also checked my PISD account and couldn't find the license there, either.

Sucks because I really want to play and I spent the $30... anybody know what's up ?

About 24 hours now since I purchased the game and I still have not been able to find the license or find anybody to help me out with it. Trying to be patient but it is kind of annoying.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi there, and I'm very sorry for the delay in responding. It's very difficult for us to keep up at this time of year.

Did you eventually receive your license? If not, please let me know, and I'll get you straightened out ASAP.
