Minor League Managers promote/demote with option turned off
I have an incomplete A roster (with ghost players on); but, whenever there is an injury, my minor league manager promotes a bunch of rookie league players who shouldnt be playing at that level.

Thanks for your post, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you.  Can you give me a little more information about this issue? Are you the major league manager? What are your manager options set to? What kind of a league is this? (historical? mlb? fictional?) Thanks! Steve
