Order confirmation and licensing

I purchased OOTPX about 3 or 4 days ago through 'desktop purchasing' after downloading the game.

I have played it ever since, but I still have yet to receive any email confirmation of my purchase or any licensing information at all.

I've written e-license about it and have yet to receive an answer from them.

I am wanting to install the game on my work laptop but figure I need the licensing information to do so.

Can someone please help? Is there a way to find the license and why haven't I even received an order confirmation yet? What would happen if this laptop froze up and I don't even have any proof of purchase.

Hi there, and sorry for the delay in responding. Obviously, you should have received some sort of confirmation of your purchase.

Can you let me know which OS you purchased the game for, and I'll try to figure out what happened? Have you checked your spam filters and such? It's possible the notification went out, but got blocked by mistake.

If you let me know the e-mail address you provided, that will help too. (You can PM it to me if you don't want to stick it on the boards.)
