Problem with hiring New Personnel

My rookie manager is gone, thank goodness. Went to Available Personnel and then the game shut down. Tried it 3 times and the same thing happens. Help!!! Thank you

This is funny. As soon as the season was over I got out of the game so I could save everything that I had just done. I went back into the game and clicked on Available Personnel and it let me in. I could not access it when the season was in progress but after the season was over it did let me in. Don't know if this is a problem or not, but so far that is what has happened.

Tip, turn coaching off

It really doesn't take away from the game, you just don't have to deal with team personnel anymore (which really, is kinda slanted to whomever signs that 20/20/20/20 manager anyhow).

If you have the same problem when your season starts up again, then you should report it (though I don't think there is a bug). OOTP is a fairly complex program, and it clearly has the ability to get itself into trouble of one sort or another on a given computer. Sometimes all it takes is quitting and relaunching the game, and/or rebooting the computer.
