Opening a League Will not start

My leagues that I'm in with the import/export of files will no longer open. They had been working fine and now when I go to open them, it will not open. The error message comes up with: OOTP has stopped working and it will give a solution to the problem when it finds one. It goes clear but seethrough and does not respond. I'm running it on Vista and happens with both leagues I am running.

Is this still a problem for you? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
