CTD after deleting a player

I'm running an MLB-ready league and I was retiring some guys and turning them into coaches. I accidentally deleted Chipper Jones, then inducted him in the Hall and then turned him into a coach.

Now when I try to go to the Available Personell screen the game crashes and I get the standard Windows "this program had a problem" box. I'm pretty sure this is happening because Chipper doesn't exist anymore.

I've got the latest patch and am running XP is that matters.

Could you please upload your leagues files (the .dat files) to our FTP server? That would be a great help for us to find this bug.
