Stopped working

I was working on this problem but I do not see it listed. I presume that means it is a lost cause.

Plz advise where I return the disk and how and when my money (on-line purchase of download and disc) will be received.

Thanx for trying, sorry it couldn't work -- seemed that the improvements were in-line w/ my likings. Guess it's back to the 2009 version for me.

Lets recap for this thread.....

Stopped working (original thread)

First, which version of OOTPX are you running?

Have you now deleted all the games so far created?
Have you attempted to create new one?

The first problem you seemed to have was a "stopped working" message.
This was after you had loaded OOTP and after you selected your league?

Did you go back and try to play the first game again?

Yes I tried to play the first game again, originally. Lately, yes I deleted all games and created a new custom standard league game and the problem occurs there, also.

OOtp 10 PC (Vista).

Have you patched the game?

I had, back when this all started (early on I had thought the patches might be the problem so I had deleted and reinstalled them) but needed to see that the patches were still in-file. I see patch 1 and patch 2 in the file.

Are you installing from the downloaded files?
Or are you installing from the CD and then patching?
Have you downloaded the full latest patched version (10.2.16) and
installed from this recently?
(I would also advise to disable /stop firewall and antivirus software when doing any install. Also disconnected from the Internet).

I (re)installed from the CD (in the past I did both download and CD), I went and (re)patched from OOTP website. I (re)started the computer. Same problem -- "Stopped working". . .
