2 Charges?

I just purchased OOTPX through my OOTPX Trial and it gave me a receipt. I saw that the receipt saved in the OOTP folder.

Then I go to my bank account and there are 2 charges of $39 taken out of my account?

Any way to get that last charge refunded since I only purchased the game on my laptop once.
