Salaries are way too high on some players

justin duchscherer and jack custs salaries are soo high when you start. It was like 18M for 6 years. Its crazy!!

Fix the salaries

Fixing it yourself really is the quickest, easiest way.

Taking SteveP's recommendation a step further, if you want accurate contracts I recommend Cot's Baseball Contracts.
