odd scheduling problem - start of season double headers

Running OOTPX with the new patch #2, and am in an historical league that I've set up to start on a particular date (ignoring any xml schedules that it might find).

For some reason, every team has back to back double headers scheduled to open the season. That's not ideal, but it's not the problem. The problem is that only the first game each day is "counting" for most stats. That is, even though I've simmed three days (that is, five scheduled games) my record is 3-0. I have three recorded starts, and my fielders have at most three games played in the field. Even odder though, my second and fourth starters have no stats but do have pitch counts on the days that they should have if those games had been recorded.

Here's another odd thing -- I only checked this with my team, but even though I am playing with a 154 game schedule, my team has 156 games scheduled if one counts both games of the double header.

I completely backed up the season, and also took some screenshots. Let me know if you'd like to see any of it.

Did you have Spring Training? If so, there's a possible explanation, though your description makes me doubtful of it. But we need to check that.

Hey Steve,

Yes, did have spring training.

I've attached a couple of screen shots just so you can see for yourself.

Jeff

Note: the season started April 11, and it is the second game on both April 11 and April 12 that didn't "count" (except for pitch counts).

Ok, the second game of each "double header" was actually a Spring Training game that spilled over into the regular season. It's a known bug. You have to actually look at the schedule editor to see which games in that situation are regular games and which are spring training. That's where you have to delete the spill over spring training games.
