No DH after importing from older version

I imported my fictional league from OOTP 8/2007 into OOTP 10 by getting the OOTP 9 demo, importing the league there, and then importing it to OOTP 10.

When I opened the league, everything seemed okay, but when I went to play a game there was no DH for the league.

I went to the league setup information to make sure the DH was enabled for the league and everything looked fine (I did disable and then enable the DH again to try to reset it). I went back to play a game, but the DH still wasn't there.

Anyone have any suggestions/ideas about what happened? Did I miss something with the import process?

The DH should just turn on for games in the sub-league where it's enabled. When you go to the pre-game screen are you able to change the DH there? and if so, what does it say the option is set to?
