I want my money back!

I got the game yesterday and it crashes constantly. It can't find word file it can't find user. I have un-installed and installed three times. Now it gives me no reason when it loads it simply closes the game. I ask simple questions and everyone is so rude. The menu's and layout stink, i'll go back to baseball mogul.
Where can I get my 39.99?

Re-installed (4th time) Shuts down (error empty line-up spot) This game is struggling on my pc (brand new HP from Best Buy). Maybe its the Vista or something but this is crazy.

Anybody, I try to sort lineups and save. This game is fun when I can play it. This has been nothing but a waste of 40.

if it's really fun when you play it, then how can it be a waste of all 40 dollars?

we OOTP community members tend to be sarcastic with those who ask questions angrily and say stuff like 'i'll go back to baseball mogul' because it's very conceivable that they're mogul fanboys that are trying to keep new users from OOTP.

I can't really help you here, but I have a couple of recommendations:

try turning off your antivirus
right click the icon and select 'run as administrator'

that's all I have. I really hope this helps.

I understand. The advice didn't work. When I look at the problems this game is having the only advice is to turn the av off and run as admin. The problems don't seem to be answered. Yes I have enjoyed it considering I've had to start 4 different games because of problems. It's just frustrating I'm not the richest person in the world so the 40 could go toward bills and/or gas.

I'm waiting until the next patch before demanding my money back (if the patch doesn't fix my problem).

Hey Buzzmember5, give us some idea what kind of system you have. Like, CPU type and speed, installed RAM, size of hard drive and percent of space used, operating system, name of installed firewall and anti-virus programs. I'm no computer geek but maybe this information could help.
