Crash at start on New Year's Day

Documentation of problem, which I have worked around. League appears to be working again.

Our online league persistently crashed on New Year's Day. Two things were necessary to fix it:

1) A major league player was not on his 40 man roster. This was similar to this problem we had at start of spring training

2) Following correction of the above, the crash came later, after OSA scouting and during the portion of the save labeled "saving managers." When I turned off both the coaching and scouting systems, the crash no longer occurred. (Turning off coaching alone did not resolve the problem).
