era_fielding.txt has entries with multiple decimals (0..93558)

Looking at the era_fielding.txt file in OOTP X\data\database it appears that several entries have multiple decimals.

For example the 1875 1B FLD data is 0..93558. I'm guessing this should be 0.93558 instead?

There are numerous entries in the file like this. Is it safe just to replace all '..' with '.'?

The answer to this is yes. You've caught a bug that has somehow gone unnoticed (of course, hardly anyone pays attention to fielding ). This needs to be fixed in the next patch.
