One player on two teams
Version: 10.2.16
PC/MAC: PC What were you doing? Reviewing team's rosters What happened? Player appears on two teams Reproducible? Not that I have been able to do Problem occurs with other leagues? No I have a bug in my league file. There are a couple of players that show up in the game on 2 rosters. In one case a player was traded to another team and still shows up on the former team's 40 man roster. This is an online league and I need to get this fixed as soon as possible. I recently moved from OOTP 8 to OOTP X. Anyone seen anything like this or have any ideas how to fix it? Oliver Perez Roster Page James Ross Roster Page There may be more, I just haven't seen any. Thanks in advance for any help. Last edited by eodgooch; 08-19-2009 at 09:28 PM. |

I've a feeling this may be related in one way to the problem that sometimes occurs with drafted players being released in online leagues, in that the export files get unaligned with the main game and this causes teams to get out of sync. I'll try to find the post where the work-around for this is listed, and will set up a bug report for this issue.

Fixed this myself. I took the player instance that I could do transactions on open the player's editor tab and moved him back to the 2nd team. Once he was back on the second team, I waived him. Then I went back into the player's editor and put him back on the correct team. This worked for me. Hope it helps someone else.
