AI releasing minor league players

I could not find if this has already been reported. I am designated to make all minor league Signings and Releasing and I kept wondering why I was losing minor league players so I checked the transaction page and the AI is releasing players form my minor league teams. That should not happen

I just went to the free agent screen and there was five of my good AAA minor league player so the game is releasing players that I need in the minors
