game locks up

I am running an historical league on PC using XP. The game loads fine, when I try to click on a link on the manager's home page, (such as roster) the game locks up and then several minutes later I get a run time error. I also have tried this using a fictional league and the same thing happens. Please help.

Could you try uninstalling and re-installing the software?
