Help! Need help reinstalling OOTP after OS crash.

I'm new to the forum but I've been in an online OOTP X league for a couple of months now. Recently my computer was infected with some sort of virus that has been giving me fits for a couple of weeks now. Today, I couldn't even get Windows to load before I got an error message telling me that my C:Windows\32\NTFS file was either corrupt or missing, and the only thing I had the patience left to do was to delete my harddrive and reload Windows completely.

The thing that I'm worried about is how I'm going to reload OOTP the quickest (my league will be patiently waiting for me to upload, as we're in the middle of the 2012 season) without having to re-purchase it. I checked the e-mail I received after I purchased the game, but I didn't see my license key in the e-mail. Some of the members in my league were telling me that I should have received two license keys with my purchase of the game, so I was planning on using the second one when I made my new laptop purchase at the end of the year. That's not going to be possible now because I can't wait that long to continue playing! I guess I'm going to have to cross that bridge when it gets here. What can I do to get up and running again? I would prefer to not have to use my 2nd license yet, if possible, since the game is just going on the same computer again anyway, but the most important thing is getting it up and running again as soon as possible.
