uninstall problems

I have enjoyed OOTP Baseball for a number of years now. I think this will be the last year that I purchase the new version. This newest version, for me at least, has been full of bugs and the game crashes regularly. I liked the game enough to put up with that for a few months. I then get the bright idea that maybe a reinstall will help. Uninstall and reinstall, same saved game files are still there, and same crashing problems also there. I read about unlicensing before uninstalling, but can't access the Elicense folder. It won't open. Great combination.... defective game and defective anti-piracy measures built in.

So, i am stuck with a defective game on my computer, and the only way i can get rid of it completely is a reformat of the hard drive. Fun, eh? Thus ends my OOTP experience.......

Unlicense will not help with any crash problems.
To unlicense the game, it needs to be installed.
Please install the latest version right on top of the old version. Then the unlicense feature will work again.
Do you have these crash problems with a newly created league, too?
