Installation issues

I paid my money, spent quite some time downloading the OOTP 10, installed the patch, yet the game is nowherfe to be found on my computer. What happened, and more importantly, what can I do to retrieve the game that I paid for?

I would be glad to help, if I can. Please provide, in detail, the steps that you took and the resulting messages. Also provide, in detail, your system/OS specs.
