CSV error

I did a csv export and noticed something I believe is an error.

When a player "graduates" from a feeder league and is eligible for the draft (according to the in-game draft report) that player should be flagged in the Players file with a '1' in the "draft_eligible" field. However, draft eligible players with no feeder league stats are not being flagged with a '1'.

I believe they should be.

Upon further review....

I got to the amateur draft in my league and it appears that the unflagged players are NOT appearing in the draft pool. That is, they can not be selected.

So I believe the issue is this: If a player graduates from a feeder league with no career stats, that player is not showing up as "selectable" during the amateur draft.
