I bought a license, but I never got a code

I bought a Mac license thru the PISD store, and the purchase is debited from my PayPal account. But, there's no sign on PISD's end that I ever purchased anything. No "past purchases" or "licenses" show up in my PISD account, and I never got an email from PISD with my license code. I feel like I just lost $39.99.

Should I not have purchased thru this method? It seemed like the safest of them... I don't like purchasing in-game, typically.

So, please help. I'd like to play the game, as I've done in past versions, but I'm stuck! Thanks.

You should probably contact PISD and/or read their FAQ. The one time I contacted them about something Paul was super fast in getting back to me with a detailed answer. It is the weekend though.

Check your spam filters. I'd find it incredible that any transaction of that nature would not generate an E-mail or a page during the transaction that you should print.

It's fixed up now. I did post over on the PISD message board, and Paul helped me out. Apparently just a very slow PayPal notification of my purchase went to PISD ... stuck in cyberspace somewhere!
