Pending offers disappear if you open the player's profile

Offers will disappear from the pending offers screen if you click on a player's name and then exit their profile without making a new offer.

How to recreate:

Make an offer to a free agent
Wait for response
Go to pending offers screen
Click on the player's name to enter their profile
Exit their profile without making an offer
Poof!

I've been unable to reproduce this following the steps you provided. Most of the time I get a negotiation update AND signing notice the same day. In other cases, the player disappears because he signs elsewhere (in every case for a lesser amount or a minor league contract

) and I don't get any notice that he did so.

I'm assuming you're working with 10.2.16, the latest?

I will take a look into this as it just happened to me lately and I'm still signing free agents.

It always seem to happen while I'm in the lead for a guy and suddenly, a couple of days pass and he's not in my pending offers list. When I click in his profile, the player now prefers another offer. I received no emails so I wasn't notified of his decision.

I had this problem with OOTP9.

I'll give it a try with the same guy that did it to me cause he's still a free agent. If I ever run into the problem I'll try to detail exactly what I did. I'm gonna give a try to what the original poster tried (viewing the profile without making an offer).

Would sending the league files (before and after .tar.gz) could help you in case I can reproduce it?
