GM not notifying manager through PM about roster changes

Problem Description
Version: 10.2.16
PC/MAC: PC
What were you doing? I had finished managing a game clicked on "auto-sim" to finish simming the rest of the days games to get to the next day.
What happened? Once this action was completed I checked my roster to see I had almost an entire new set of position players and the GM had failed to notify me through PM of this action. Will now occasionally get a PM about one or two players, but often times never get one when transactions are made on the team.
Reproducible? Not sure
Problem occurs with other leagues? Not sure. Currently managing a Midwest League club.
